Why are we receiving your bill in our email?
In an effort to keep costs down, we are sending the bills via email if you need a hard copy, you can hit the print button and get as many copies as you desire! If you really want a bill sent via snail mail, please call and we will explain how to print the email, (just kidding, call us and we will arrange it). Speaking of keeping costs down, the next question is important.
Did the costs go up?
In the spring of 2000 there was a letter sent to all customers letting you know of the small increase in price. There was new equipment installed, additional phone lines put in and many upgrades to the servers and processes. We realize some people want cheap service. We want to provide the best service for your dollar. Remember we are still priced better than 90% of all the Internet service providers out there.
